All was perfect.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff at the Guesthouse were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to many of Vienna's top attractions. We enjoyed being able to visit sights such as the Albertina, the Opera, and the State Opera House, all within walking distance. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and spacious, and we especially loved the seating area by the window with a stunning view. The hotel staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offered great facilities and room advantages, such as a terrace with the Brasserie & Bakery, which was a wonderful place to relax.

That the room cleaning service seemed a bit disorganized.

The reading nook on the window was a cozy spot to relax and unwind. The bathroom was well-appointed with excellent bath products. The coffee in the room was the best I've ever had. The staff was attentive and accommodating, even going so far as to provide a cake and a card for my birthday. They also gave me personalized "business cards" with my name. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Fantastic central hotel in quiet location and excellent eaterie. Wonderful staff and excellent Brasserie/bakery. Loved the four free bottles of wine. Modern, stylish feel. Fantastic and very central location - moments walk from the opera house/hotel Sacher/Spanish riding school/Albertina. Will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Guesthouse. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable information and suggestions for our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the complimentary mini bar with full-size bottles of wine was a delightful touch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and the view of the State Opera from the hotel was breathtaking. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Guesthouse for a few nights while visiting Vienna. The location was fantastic, with great views and a central yet quiet setting. The staff was exceptionally nice and the room service was incredibly fast and efficient. The bedding and seating were very comfortable, and I especially loved the window seats - my daughter even slept in one! The food served was excellent, and there were many nice details that made our stay enjoyable.

The Guesthouse Vienna offers fantastic amenities and facilities. The Jura automatic espresso/coffee machine was a bonus, and the shower was the best we experienced in our European travels. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing a wonderful birthday dessert for my wife and even noticing our preference for firmer pillows without us needing to ask. The daily complimentary bottle of local wine and other drinks exceeded our expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and enjoyable, making it one of the best luxury boutique hotels we have stayed in.

The rooms have stunning views of the Albertina museum and the Opera House. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to assist guests in obtaining tickets for various attractions, such as the Opera House. The hotel also provides a comfortable and stylish atmosphere.

Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who promptly showed us to our spacious room. the room was beautifully decorated with luxurious amenities and had a stunning view of the city. We enjoyed the coffee machine, which made delicious coffee, and the bathroom was stocked with high-end products.
